This seminar brings together organizations that support parents and caregivers of children with special needs from the preschool years through college. Participants will learn about educational resources, advocacy services, transition planning, and post-secondary programs available across each stage of a child's educational journey. The seminar provides an opportunity for families to connect with local organizations/programs, ask questions, and build relationships with those dedicated to helping children and young adults with disabilities succeed in school and beyond.
